At Deep River Jewelry, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each design is made to be loved for a lifetime, and we expect you’ll enjoy it without issue. In the rare event that your piece requires care, you’ll find all warranty and repair information below.

TIMELINE

As of January 2026, due to a high volume of projects, please note that any new bespoke jewelry projects taken in this month will not begin the design process until March or April of 2026. The wait time is to ensure each piece is given the quality time, attention, and craftsmanship by Nolan it deserves. Your initial Sourcing & Design Deposit after your Consultation will secure a place in our project queue, and we appreciate your patience as we work on bringing one-of-a-kind piece to life. If you need your piece completed sooner, please bring that up in your Consultation and we may be able to discuss an alternate timeline with an additional rush project fee.

REPAIRS

Please note we no longer accept repairs unless they meet the following criteria:

  • We accept repairs on pieces made by Nolan or the previous owner of DRJ, Russ

  • We accept repairs on Estate pieces purchased from our collection

  • If you have an active bespoke jewelry project with DRJ, we are happy to tack on a simple repair to your project

WARRANTY

Every Deep River Fine Jewelry piece is backed by a one year warranty covering craftsmanship and manufacturing defects. This ensures your piece receives the same level of care after purchase as it did in our studio.

This warranty includes:

  • Major craftsmanship or manufacturing defects

  • Complimentary prong checks, stone tightening, and cleaning during the warranty period

This warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or worn prongs over time

  • Accidental damage caused by the wearer, including impact, mishandling, or exposure to chemicals

  • Any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by third-party jewelers (which will void the warranty)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’d like to make a return or exchange, we’re happy to help.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in resellable condition.

  • Returns: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the care and time our team invests in resizing, polishing, packaging, and shipping each order.

  • Exchanges: Upon inspection, exchanges will be issued as store credit (valid for 6 months) which may be applied toward another in-stock item or future purchase. Exchanges are not subject to the 15% restocking fee, provided the piece meets our inspection standards.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customs@deepriverjewelry.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces:

  • Please note that custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RING RESIZING

Your first ring sizing is complimentary. Any subsequent sizing services are available for a fee.

Please Note: To preserve the integrity and warranty of your piece, all resizing and repairs must be carried out by Deep River Fine Jewelry. Warranty coverage will be voided if the piece is repaired, resized, or altered by anyone other than Deep River Fine Jewelry.
