The Bespoke Experience

Every bespoke project follows a deliberate, design-led process shaped by how the piece will be worn and lived with over time. The pacing of this process is intentional to ensure a finished piece of lasting quality.

  • I. Consultation

    We will begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and initial design ideas. You’ll refine project details, explore design concepts, and receive guidance from Nolan and our expert team.

  • II. Design

    With your vision in mind, we will create initial sketches to bring your piece to life. You’ll receive a final design and up to two revisions to ensure that every detail resonates with your style and essence.

  • III. Sourcing

    Each engagement ring takes shape around the the center stone. We begin with sourcing the stone, then choose accent stones and materials to complete your piece.

  • IV. Modeling

    Once the design is approved, we begin building a 3D model to view your ring from all angles. We also offer a 3D printed model to ensure the fit is perfect and looks exactly as you envisioned.

  • V. Craftsmanship

    From there, we begin crafting your ring in our Connecticut workshop. From stone setting and engraving to the final polish, our expert team upholds the highest standard of craftsmanship, infusing traditional goldsmithing techniques with modern innovation.

  • VI. Unveiling & Delivery

    The final piece is completed, reviewed, and prepared for you to collect it from our Connecticut showroom, or have it delivered to your doorstep, fully insured.

Begin designing your bespoke engagement ring

REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT

  • To begin your bespoke project, please complete our Bespoke Inquiry Form. Once reviewed, our team will reach out to schedule a consultation if your project is a fit for our current offerings.

  • Yes. Due to our high project volume and the level of care involved in sourcing and designing each bespoke piece, projects are accepted into a design queue. New bespoke projects typically begin the design phase approximately 8 weeks after the initial consultation.

  • From consultation to completion, most bespoke projects take approximately 4–6 months, depending on complexity, materials, and current studio volume.

  • A Sourcing & Design Deposit is required following your consultation to secure your place in our design queue. This deposit reflects the time, expertise, and sourcing involved in the bespoke design process and is applied toward the final purchase price.

  • If you have a specific deadline, please mention this when requesting your appointment. In select cases, expedited timelines may be available for an additional rush fee.

  • Yes. Design concepts and approvals are part of the bespoke process prior to production to ensure alignment before your piece is brought to life.
