Our Custom Design Process

For custom projects, each client collaborates closely with our expert designer and master goldsmith, Nolan Sponsler, to craft a one-of-a-kind heirloom that reflects their distinctive style and vision.

Together, you'll experience our signature 4-step design journey, bringing your vision to life with exceptional artistry and precision.

  • Begin your journey by completing our Appointment Request Form, where you’ll share your inspirations and unique vision for this heirloom-to-be.

    Our team will then arrange a personal appointment with our head goldsmith and designer, Nolan Sponsler.

    In this intimate consultation, you’ll sit down with Nolan to refine project details, explore design concepts, and receive guidance from an expert’s eye.

  • With your vision in mind, we will craft initial sketches and models to bring your piece to life. You’ll receive an initial design and up to two revisions to ensure that every detail resonates with your style and essence.

  • Once your design is finalized, we move into the crafting phase.

    Each piece is individually shaped, and fabricated whether by our master goldsmith himself or our expert team. Here, your concept transforms into a remarkable masterpiece.

  • Finally, the unveiling. Collect your one-of-a-kind piece from our Connecticut store, or have it fully insured and delivered to your doorstep. Ready to wear, cherish, and pass down as a legacy, your jewelry is set to accompany you on life’s journey and beyond.
