OUR CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

For custom projects, each client collaborates closely with our expert designer and master goldsmith, Nolan Sponsler, to craft a one-of-a-kind heirloom that reflects their distinctive style and vision.

Together, you'll experience our signature 4-step design journey, bringing your vision to life with exceptional artistry and precision.

  • First, you’ll fill out the form above to give us a good idea of your desires & ideas. From there, our team will reach out to you to setup an appointment with our head goldsmith & designer, Nolan Sponsler.

    You’ll meet directly with Nolan to finalize project details, discuss design ideas, and get expert advice.

  • Next, our designer will get to work sketching & modeling your custom piece based on your desires. You will receive an initial design with up to 2 revisions to find the perfect fit for your style.

  • Once your design is finalized, we move into production. Whether hand fabricated by our in-house goldsmith himself, or CAD designed & sent off to our production house, your piece will move from design to masterpiece.

  • From there, the unveiling happens & its yours! You’ll either come pick up the piece at our Connecticut store, or we will send it straight to your house fully insured, where you’ll get to marvel at your piece set for years of wear to come.
